Before coming to Trinity, I was privileged to lead churches in south Florida and rural Virginia, having been ordained in 2010. Since returning home to Wisconsin, I've also worked as a hospice chaplain for the last 7 years while serving at smaller congregations in various capacities. As an Anglican priest, I'm resident in the Diocese of Quincy, itself a part of the Anglican Church of North America.

I'm really excited to be serving in this unique setting where we can walk together in our mutual commitment to the Gospel as Trinity remains denominationally independent.

I grew up in Sheboygan Falls before receiving a B.A. at Concordia University Wisconsin and an M.Div. at Nashotah House Theological Seminary. I'm married to the love of my life, Laura, and have two amazing kids, Anna and James. When I'm not caring for the church or visiting hospice patients, I love watching Chicago Blackhawks hockey or history documentaries, fishing, and fussing over my two cats and golden retriever.

What is your testimony?

I wasn't overly religious until I was a teenager, my faith really becoming my own through the work of Campus Life in Sheboygan. In addition to being discipled by the director at the time, Scott Schwinn, I remember going to a meeting where he gave a message on Rev. 3:16 ("Because you are lukewarm, and neither hot nor cold, I will spit you out of my mouth"). From that point on I knew I had a decision to make, and I was all in.
